Visa information

To enter Ukraine a delegate needs to have a passport and an insurance for the whole period of stay in Ukraine.

The visa-free regime of entrance and transit journey through territory of Ukraine is established for member countries of the European Union, Switzerland, Japan, the USA, Canada, the Princedom Liechtenstein, Princedoms Andorra, the States-cities Vatican, Republics Iceland, Princedoms of Monaco, Kingdom Norway, Republic San Marino, Republic Korea if term of their stay in the Ukraine doesn't exceed 90 days. Nevertheless, each participant will receive a personal invitation in English, Russian and Ukrainian languages which can be used at contacts with the Ukrainian Border Police.

For participants from the other countries there is a standard visa regime. To get the Ukrainian visa a participant has to apply to the nearest Ukrainian Consulate in his / her country.

Attention!   When apply to the Embassy of Ukraine it is necessary to have an invitation from the organization registered on the territory of Ukraine, as well as a copy of the certificate of State registration of the inviting organization.
